The services are operated by the company under the name of CHAIKA founder Zhanna Naymankhanova, which is registered in Spain, and have registered office at C/Los Sitios 8, Monreal de Ariza, 50291 and registered VAT number ESY3866963X. The Services are regulated by Spanish law. Chaika is registered trademark.

This website is operated by Zhanna Naymankhanova. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zhanna Naymankhanova. Zhanna Naymankhanova offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. PRICES

Unless otherwise stated all prices are in Euro and are inclusive of Spanish 21% VAT.

DELIVERY

CHAIKA uses fulfillment services by Amazon. All orders shall be subject to availability and delays in delivery done by Amazon.

Delivery time between 1-6 working days (average 2 days) after payment has been received.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer you 14 days to exchange or return your purchase.  If you return your purchase, we will return the amount in the same way you paid.

Please, contact info@chaika-style.com for returns before shipping the item back to our office in Madrid.

chaika offers FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES for following countries:

For other countries, the cost of the returns is paid by a customer

Note, that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back in the case of returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn/unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused.  Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Once approved your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of returns, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the case of exchanges, we will notify you once the replacement has been delivered.

When returning items please clearly state the reason for the return as this will accelerate the handling process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation and the receipt of the delivery cost in the case of exchanges. Please, always send your package to us as a track and trace delivery. This will enable us to track your order and hereby assure that the parcel has been received by chaika.

Note, that items on sale or purchased with discount code do not include free exchange policy.

chaika-style’s webshop accepts payment by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and  American Express. On dispatch of the goods payment will be debited and cleared from your account. chaika-style’s webshop encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during the transaction. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

COMPLAINTS

Did we not live up to your expectations? If so, please contact info@chaika-style.com first, and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

As a customer, you have the right to return items with manufacturing defects. Please note that we only accept complaints that are returned due to material or production defects.

Any dispute between chaika and the customer is subject to Spanish law.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK

All branding, graphical and logo information is the exclusive property of the retailer. Copying and distributing of property without consent is prohibited.
